  PALS-4-SUCCESS COMMUNITY OUTREACH is an active collaboration of mayors, education, businessmen, faith-based and community advocates. This collaboration identified two cognate areas of concern: education and economics! As a solution, this collaboration devised a common plan that meets the needs of academic failing schools and economic blight. The solution was resoundingly resolved in a Mississippi Delta project known as "GO...TEACH...REACH!" The cadre believes that to see change, we must be the change, and THIS CHANGE...is imminent!
