Doris Beasley-Phillips, Ed. S, M.Ed.

Doris Beasley-Phillips is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder

of PALS-4-Success Community Outreach (Partners of Academics,

Leadership & Services-4-Success), the PALS School Network,

and Economic Community Outreach (ECO). Ms. Beasley-Phillips

is a lifelong learner and educator who is passionate about being

an agent of change. She has a wealth of experience in education

& workforce development as a public and private school educator,

entrepreneur and business consultant. Since 2015, her consultant

and technical assistance work has improved the lives of women, children, and communities as a whole. Ms. Beasley-Phillips prides herself in creating impactful partnerships to enrich the most blighted cities, schools, and municipalities. Through the PALS-4-Success Network, Ms. Beasley-Phillips led the development of the "GO...TEACH...REACH" project. The project was developed to address PreK12 education and workforce development in distressed communities along the Mississippi Delta Region. The PALS-4-Success premise is to "Change lives today to impact tomorrow by creating power-points                                              of success!"
