PALS-4-Success is a grassroots organization dedicated to identifying and collaborating on communal goals that lead to gainful posterity. All across the world, the 2020 pandemic changed the "presence of education and business." Under-sourced, underdeveloped, and underprivileged communities suffered the most. PALS-4-Success goes into the highways and bywas to teach and reach those who live in federally-identified distressed communities. Our goal is to revive the infrastructure of our communities, incorporate values generic to quantifiable success, and implement employable constructs that create opportunities for synergy, success, and solvency. At the apex of our service is education: PreK12 schools, workforce training, and entrepreneurial development. PALS-4-Success premises that the status quo changed the pedagogical successes of our educational system, the socio-economic statuses of many families, and the basic human elements of inherent pride and confidence. Our children and their families are imminent to the theses of this premise.   Our children are our future...our posterity.
