PALS-4-Success has collaborated with the nationally recognized nonprofit FORGE INSTITUTE to create an innovative experiential project! The workforce development is inclusive of training/courses in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Cyber Security (CS). Graduates from this program will be certified in AI & CS. The program provides mentoring and career training & placement to participants that result in gainful employment or business ownership. This  Workforce Development Project will bring economic solvency to low socioeconomic citizens living in distressed communities in the Mississippi Delta. 

Across the "GO...TEACH...REACH" project, 5.2 million residents live in the lower Mississippi Delta rural areas (AR, MS, TN, and LA). This represents 1.6% of the total U.S. population and 7.1% of the nation’s rural population. Income in the rural Lower Mississippi Delta is about 37% lower than the national average and 21% lower than the rural average.  The Prime Age Employment Gap (PAEG) averages 10% registering above the national average of 2.51. These indicators propel the thesis that families living in the MS Delta are prone to suffer economic insecurities. 

PALS-4-Success created the "GO...TEACH...REACH" Project to bring hope to the identified communities. ​This program will train and change the lives of hundreds of participants “from within to without” by creating sustainability, self-efficacy, and self confidence. The development and subsequent implementation of this program will additionally change the lives of youth through PALS-4-Success's Hi-TEC-Hybrid Academy. These 16-18 year-old scholars live in distressed communities blighted by inadequate economic security, dilapidated and inefficient housing, lack of adequate healthcare, and failing public school districts.

Education, the apex of programs for children and adults, will indeed be the "change that we see!" The project's focus will change lives “from within to without.'' Conclusively, this project serves as a viable facet in the renaissance of the Mississippi Delta region!
